I’m in my first fantasy football league with a few other bloggers and I have to say, I’m already totally obsessed. I care so much. I yell at the TV. I keep my laptop open all day on Sundays and constantly click the refresh button to see if one of my running backs got me a few more points. I love it.
However, since I’m not allowed in public on Sundays due to potential embarrassment, I lie on the couch all day. I’m in the middle of a new fitness challenge, and while I have already lost weight, I’m definitely not at the point where I can waste a whole day lying on the couch watching football. So I created this fun workout to keep myself active during NFL Sundays and to give me something to do besides obsessively checking my fantasy team.
It’s easy to follow. Since I’m a newbie to fantasy and still don’t even 100% (who am I kidding 50%) understand what I am supposed to be doing, it’s definitely easy to follow. Plus you’ll feel good about your Sunday and maybe even think twice before eating that extra slice of pizza or chicken wing.
