Nashville

Nashville

Whoa this weekend was fun. It was my lifelong friend’s bachelorette party in Nashville, which is such a cool city. We basically ate the whole time and played on Broadway at night like the true tourists we are.

We did a pedal tour Friday night which was particularly awesome. If you ever have a “Nash Bash” I highly recommend Sip n’ Cycle. Our guides were so fun and knew great places to stop. One of our stops was Nashville Street Tacos (even though most of us had quesadillas) and we were in heaven. I didn’t get a picture of the most delicious quesadilla I’ve ever had because I was too busy eating it, but if you ever need a late night taco break in Nashville, GO HERE! They’re open til 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

On Saturday, we visited Jackson’s for brunch and I was introduced to the Big Ben Breakfast which is basically scrambled eggs, cheese, potatoes and bacon all mashed up together into one delicious post-night-out treat.

After brunch, we continued brunch with pineapple mimosas at the Slider House.

and followed that with ice cream at Las Paletas…I told you all we did was eat.

We finished the food tour with Acme which is a three story bar and restaurant. We all had the ACME burger (which of course I was too busy eating to take a picture). The burger was amazing though. The second floor is a sushi bar which we did not partake in because we just had burgers and that’s a weird combo, but next time I will definitely be getting my sushi on. Then if you can make the trek…seriously your legs will burn after the stairs and do not wear wedges…head on up to the rooftop bar.

It was an incredible weekend filled with friends, fun, and food. I am going back to Nashville in July and am already prepping my stomach for more delicious goodies. Of course we did do other things besides eat. I was just kidding about that, but I’ll save those stories for another time. I’m already missing Nashville and my sweet friends. It was definitely a weekend for the books.

What did you do this weekend?

My weekend was NOT as fun as yours! Glad you had a good time. When I went I kept seeing the sip and cycles but we didn't pull the trigger on that one since there were only three of us.

sounds to me like you had way too much fun this weekend! also I am ALL SORTS of on board for the cycling bars. I mean, it's like exercising the drinks off as you have them!

Looks like a fantastic bachelorette weekend! I can't believe I've still never been to Nashville, you girls certainly had a fabulous time! And I've been wanting to go on one of those pedaling pub crawls, so glad to hear it was a blast 😀
